Savannah. Part two.

1. When you check into The Forsyth Park Inn, they asked you what time your group would like to be seated for breakfast.  We chose 10am.  Really excellent and fresh food!
2. After breakfast, we set out again.  The weather was perfect.  We just dropped in and out of places that we found interesting along our meandering route.
3. There are lots of little quirky shops with quirky items.
4. We passed a car with a dashboard covered in little figurines!  “The windshield menagerie!”
5. The streets are just gorgeous and shady.  The town in perfect for walking.  We didn’t use the car from Friday, when we arrived, until Sunday, when we left.
6. The SCAD store is very cool.  Lots of unique things to see and buy!  Note: I did not buy this piece!
7. We cracked up over this book title, which we declared to be one of the mottos of the weekend!
8. Annette surprised each of us with a little gift from a shop that we stopped to visit.  The little three-legged pig is “given to friends as a token of goodwill and love.”
9. Annette has a favorite little café for chai tea, which I love, so we stopped there for a bit.  Even the bathroom walls were eclectic!  And the chai tea was the best that I’ve ever had!
